Silence, meditation, movement.
Guided meditation, yin-inspired yoga or mindful movement, then breakfast at an unhurried pace.
Trädet, Sweden · August 20–23, 2026
A four-day embodiment and meditation retreat for coming out of the noise and back to the intelligence of body, breath, heart, and inner life.

There are times when the next step does not come from thinking harder. It comes from slowing down enough to listen.
Return to the Wisdom is a four-day embodiment and meditation retreat held in the Swedish countryside. It is for people who feel called to move beneath the noise of daily life and return to a more intimate relationship with body, breath, intuition, and inner clarity.
Through meditation, embodied awareness, mindful movement, sound, nature, reflection, and spacious group integration, we create a warm and grounded container for listening more deeply.
This is not about forcing a breakthrough or becoming someone new. It is about becoming quiet enough to hear what is already true within you.
